                    In answering these questions, I learn new things from the information I have gathered. It helps me know information about the topic given.

          “According to the weather forecast, there is no typhoon. However, your locality is experiencing heavy rainfall, while some parts in your province /region are already flooded. There are reported incidents of landslide, evacuation, stranded vehicles and drowning. As a student, what are you going to do?”

Information Needs (What information do you need?)	The information I need are: ·         The possibility of having a typhoon hit our area, ·         Suspension of classes despite the heavy rainfall since I am still a student, ·         The accuracy and correctness of the initial report that there is no typhoon even though there is already a lot of damage in some areas.
Sources of Information (Where will you get them?)	According to the given situation, there is a weather forecast. I can get information from the television, radio, or even the Internet. I will use the information I get from observing what is happening in our locality to compare with what the forecast is saying.
Access to the Information  (How will you access them?)	With the use of phones and the Internet, I will be able to access updates about the situation in our area. I can also use these to take my own information about the rain and the flood.
Evaluate Information  (How will you check the quality of information?)	The information that there is no typhoon should come from a reliable source. If it does not, then it clearly is questionable compared to what I have observed in our locality.
Organize Information (How will you organize and store them?)	To organize and store information, I can  write the important details about what I observed is happening aleady in our locality. I can also take a photo or record a video showing what is happening. And then I can store them in memory cards on phones or computers.
Communicate Information (How will you communicate information?)	I can send them text messages beforehand to check their social media accounts, wherein I will post. I can also chat my friends and other people and send it to them. I may even answer inquiries regarding our current situation. And then, I can also bring it up to officials in the community.
